Award winning English sparking wine from the Poulton Hill Estate in the Cotswolds
The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.
Tasting Note
A beautiful pale gold in appearance, this Bulari has a vibrant nose of freshly cut green apple and pear with citrusy notes of orange peel, lemon and hints of lime zest, creating a wonderfully well rounded mouthfeel with a crisp, clean finish.
