Tasting note

This Bacchus is pale gold in appearance, with notes of elderflower and stone fruit on the nose. Peach, pear and guava are at the forefront of the palate, with hints of minerality, giving it a long, clean and crisp finish. This aromatic, well-balanced wine can be enjoyed on its own, with seafood pasta, white meat and Thai cuisine.
